Education:
HSC in Service Marketing
Experience:
At least 2 years

Must have good experience in mobile accessories sales & marketing.
Knowledge of digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.

Job Responsibilities:
Strategizing, Developing and implementing sales plan, dealer recruitment plan and marketing techniques aligned with the organization objectives.
Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that the team attain the set target
Leading, supervising and monitoring sales team all over the country.
Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that the individual team member attain the set target
Conduct training and motivating sessions for the existing team and new recruits to achieve the target
To take responsibility to achieve targets both-in volume and value
Facilitate management team to review and evaluate business performance in business review.
Business performance analyses based on systems/data (develop/manage/access) and capturing market operation insights relevant to sales, service and marketing.
Explorer new potential business locations in the assigned area.
Must have an experience with Mobile Accessories
