Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome to the appeared patients/clients at our outfit and asked them first before throwing their question to us by showing positive attitude.
  • Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts
  • Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying providers of patient’s arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, and reminding providers of service delays
  • Comforts patients by anticipating patients’ anxieties, answering patients’ questions, and maintaining the reception area.
  • Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
  • Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
  • Coordinating with other departments within the hospital to ensure that patients are able to receive the care they need
  • Utilize our medical office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments for our patients
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
  • Attend and answer office phone calls/email etc. (if required).
  • Data entry and make archive as per requirement of the position.
  • Ensure accurate information to the patients’ about our services.
  • Responsible for ensuring administrative activities of front desk.
  • Upkeep as well as neat and cleanness of the office atmosphere.
  • Must follow office dress code, grooming and etiquette during office hour.
  • Must show your best positive attitude to all patients and staffs in any situation.
  • Processing billing and payments, using software
  • Bill collection/receive.
  • Participate in and contribute to staff meetings and training session as per instruction of the management/supervisors/leaders.
  • Must follow existing administrative rules and regulations for the greater interest of the hospital.
  • Any others tasks as per requirement of the hospital to ensure standard patients’ services.

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
  • PGD-HRM/others diploma degree/training holders from Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM) may be given preference.
