- Ensuring presence at work place before scheduled time.
- To inform the patients/visitors of the hospital in polite and elegant language about all types of medical services related to the hospital.
- Assisting in all processes from hospital patient admission to release.
- Taking into account any need or complaint of the patient, patient’s visitors or attendants and taking effective measures to resolve them.
- Ensuring correct and accurate information in providing any information. If you are not aware of any information, find out through the concerned department.
- Directing patients to various departments of the hospital as needed through support staff or reaching them personally.
- Understanding the emotional state of emergency patients.
- Know the name of the consultant in the hospital, how many consultants in which department, what time they sit in the chamber, how many departments are serviced and how the hospital operates.
- Ensuring necessary outdoor wheelchairs, trolleys and other medical equipments are available to receive patients as soon as they arrive.
- To observe the overall cleanliness and decoration of the hospital. Keeping the support staff active through motivation in this regard.
- Always be polite, courteous, polite, courteous, polite and soft-spoken.
- Treating the patient or patient’s attendants courteously despite misbehavior/behavior by the patient and the patient’s people.
- Lose ego and be always smiling and work with slow mind.
- Perform customer service duties with the mindset of a customer servant.
- If necessary, take the patient with health concerns to the concerned doctor.
- To give accurate idea about the rate of pathology to the incoming attendants and bring the patients to the pathological counter.
- Giving detailed information about various operations.
- To monitor whether anyone from other hospitals or labs is approaching consultants on purpose and adopting any illegal practices and inform the authorities to take action.
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Customer Care, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone
- At most 4 year(s)
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Age at most 40 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Ability to work under pressure.
