Job Context
- We are looking for an Accountant (Cash Officer) at the Accounts Department.
- Job Location: Dhanmondi Club Ltd, Dhanmondi, Metro Shopping Mall (6th Floor), House # 1/1, Road # 12 (New), Dhanmondi, Dhaka – 1209.
Job Responsibilities
- Must be respectful to the Member of the Club.
- Must have experience to use billing software.
- Prepare and maintain daily expenditures, vouchers and daily cash/bank transactions.
- Updating day to day transactions Accounting Software.
- Checking document of the petty cash expenses and prepare the summary for payments.
- Proper documentation and file management.
- Receiving payment documents from other departments/parties.
- Prepare monthly trial balance, income statement and balance sheet etc
- Preparation of monthly, quarer, half yearly and yearly report with periodical analytical report to Management.
- Member regular/outstanding bills should cllected with the conversation of the Members.
- To prepare financial reports as per the Management requirement and any other job relating to finance and accounts as assigned by the Management time to time.

Educational Requirements
- M.Com/ MBA (Accounting) from any recognized University.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Good knowledge on Accounting Software (ERP/DE Soft), Accounts, Cash Management, Tax (VAT/Customs Duty/Income Tax)
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in the relevent field
- Social Club/Parjaton Corporation/Hotel/Resourt
- Customer Support/Client Service
- Public Relation etc.
