𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
✔️ Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
✔️ Maintain register for stationery and office accessories
✔️ Other tasks assigned by management & Maintain appointment diary
✔️ Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
✔️ To handle the internal & external communication of the company independently
✔ ️ Receive letters, messages, and documents and hand over those to the concerned persons.
✔️ Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
✔️ Welcome Guests/ visitors, Delegates, convey messages and reminder to the concerned department
✔️ Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
✔️ Maintain register for all incoming and outgoing letters/mails/documents and dispatch to appropriate staff
✔️ Collect & preserve the contact information and address of other organizations/companies for communication when required
✔️ Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)

Bachelor’s degree from any university with any discipline

Age 25 to 35 years
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
Must have basic computer knowledge (especially MS Excel) & English Language proficiency.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
