A Territory Sales Officer (TSO) in Bangladesh plays a vital role in driving sales for businesses, particularly in sectors like FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), pharmaceuticals, and retail. The primary responsibility of a TSO is to manage and expand sales within a designated geographic area, called a territory. This includes developing relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, ensuring product availability, and meeting sales targets. They also collect market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform strategies.
