Job Context

    Front Desk Executive is required for an well reputed Buying house at Uttara.

Job Responsibilities

  • Should be able to manage PABX System and attend phone calls.
  • To ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained with a view to the image of the company.
  • Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct them to specific destinations.
  • She will be responsible for Reception and Telephone Operation, Company’s visitors and customers, support functions, co-ordination.
  • Receive all documents, Samples and dispatch them properly.
  • Receive and manage all local and other operations prospects efficiently and promptly.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Applicant Must be good at spoken & writing in English.
