Job Overview

The “𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞, 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞” provides Chat Support to our clients and resolves their queries in an efficient manner. They are responsible for owning the Client experience and improving our ability as a business to support their dynamic needs.

Job Responsibilities

-Provide customer support through our Instant CRM and Helpdesk.
-Manages customer inquiries within the expected time frame and escalates when required.
-Capable of resolving complex or any customer issues following company policies.
-Contributes to improving the Client Experience by sharing improving ideas.
-Find client feedback and deliver it to correct concerns.
-Manage and Organize customer subscriptions and maintain the database.
-Perform daily assigned tasks as per the instruction of the Supervisor.
