Job Context

    We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic accounts officer who must have experience in reputed company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Cash and Bank dealings.
  • Lead, manage and monitor accounting functions.
  • Develop, generate and manage monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly accounting reports.
  • Maintain Organizational accounts (Cash Book/ Bank Book/ledgers etc).
  • Prepare and maintain all the vouchers, requisition slips & bills.
  • Reconcile the Bank Accounts regularly.
  • Financial Management/Fund Management.
  • Having up to date knowledge on VAT, Tax, and Revenue matters.
  • Prepare Budget, Fund Request, Budget Variance Report, Petty cash statement.
  • Maintain accounting software.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management.

  • Bechelor of Commerce(B.COM) in Accounting/MBA

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 24 to 40 years
  • Good computer skills on Microsoft Office Tools, especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and knowledge on accounting software
  • Proficient spoken and written English language skills and the capacity to produce quality reports independently.
