Requirements:
Education
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any reputed University
Responsibility:
Counseling clients regarding all types of tourist & business visas.
Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
Advise clients on visa requirements and assist with visa applications.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote visas. Handle clients for their visa processing.
Prepare and process their application Deliver and consult with clients about their visa files.
Consult over the phone and face to face with clients Briefly discuss with the clients about visa criteria and possibilities.
Design Holiday packages and sell them to customer
Marketing Bangladesh Develop travel tour package sales and day-to-day operational support for domestic and international holiday packages.
Handling and resolving domestic and international holiday package queries.
Create and support the organization in building and maintaining a professional network among the hoteliers, suppliers, and transporters within Bangladesh.
Must be experienced in Visa Processing, Consultant, worldwide Immigration, Visit & migration visa process
Must have experience in talking with customers about visa-related issues
Receive and reply to emails, carry out marketing and promotions via newspaper or social media advertisements then sales, Accurate counseling directly & over the phone
Keep the company and customers up to date with any visa-related updates
Provide honest and authentic services to the customers & do the marketing, Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate`s profile. Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs.
Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.
Meet the sales assigned targets Must be knowledgeable in all county visa processing & counseling.
