As a “Document Controller” of the company, I was Responsible for the following works: Coordinate all Document Control activities, including technical documents and electronic drawings. Input and maintain accurate document data in standard registers. Reviewing and updating electrical documents Generate required document control reports. Revise documents based on electrical engineers' inputs. Distribute approved documents and electrical drawings to staff, subcontractors, and suppliers. As a “Hr Staff” of the company, I was responsible for the following works: Arranging manpower arrival & departure lists & individual teams. After receiving the passport, update the new arrival person’s passport details, Entry visa, Resident visa, and medical details in the master file. Prepare all necessary documents to apply for a work permit and Visa by coordinating with the Iraqi staff. Manage all schedules and processes of visa, work permit applications, and 90-day notification Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (Resignation, unauthorised absence, leaves, etc.) Manage HR administration such as contracts, letters, and personnel files. Handle all problems related to any visa and work permit issues. Preparing documents for the work permission for migration. Make a good relationship with the Labour Department and the immigration officer to make the application process and negotiation go more smoothly. Handle all cancellation and extension processes of the Visa and work permit. Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the management. Other duties - filing, scanning, copying documents Support HR Admin tasks, for example, managing HR related documents.
As an “Administrative Assistant” of the company, I was responsible for the following work: Maintain all HR records, such as daily attendance, leaves, increments, re-contracts, overtime, cash advance requests and salary sheets for both TCN & Iraqi employees. Prepare office supplies requests, medical requests, driving test requests, & equipment transfer requests. Keep up-to-date on any legal documents in the related files & folders. Making daily, weekly & monthly summary reports. Arranging manpower arrival & departure lists & individual teams. Follow up with Managers' advice and cooperate with co-workers. Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management. Assist in resolving any administrative problems. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers.
As a “Document Controller” of the company, I was responsible for the following works: Establish and maintain a proven QA/QC document control system. Set up an electronic data management system to suit the project requirements. Assisting QC engineer in the preparation and issuing of all QC forms and reports (Fit-up and visual inspection request, PWHT request, NDT and related documents). Ensure proper storage of documents in both electronic and hard copy formats. Archive QA/QC project documentation with indexing and cataloguing. Provide drawings, standards and technical information to project staff as required.
