A total of 1,351,505 students from across the country appeared in the exam under nine general education boards, Madrasah Board (Alim), and Technical Education Board (Vocational). 🔐 Security and Reforms To ensure the integrity of the examination: Question papers were strictly secured and not opened until 25 minutes before the exam started. Mobile phones and digital devices were strictly banned inside exam centers. Monitoring teams were deployed to prevent any irregularities or malpractice. 🏢 Company Background Familytex (BD) Ltd. is a Bangladeshi garments manufacturing company established in 2003, with operations beginning in 2006 in the Chittagong Export Processing Zone (CEPZ). It was listed on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) in 2013. 📉 Financial Crisis & Management Issues The company was once profitable, but since the fiscal year 2016–17, it began incurring consistent losses. By FY 2019–20, it recorded a net loss of BDT 5.33 crore (53.3 million) and had accumulated bank loans worth over BDT 32 crore. During this period, key sponsor-directors sold off their shares and exited the company, resulting in a failure to maintain the minimum shareholding requirements for directors.
