1. Ensure Compliance with Health & Safety, electrical and fire legislation and monitor & follow up Corrective Action plans are being implemented on schedule. 2. Perform day-to-day general administration task that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, legal and corporate affairs. 3. Maintain employees personal files and other related paper up to date. 4.Draft all kind of letters, notice, office order, disciplinary action and distribute them properly. 5.assist in dealing with discipline matters, monitoring security, housekeeping health safety and other compliance issue, ensure a congenial working environment. 6. To upkeep and update company assets, agreements/deed copy etc. 7.Prepare monthly workers resign list and new recruitment list for every month. 8. Prepare all kinds of daily and monthly administrative related bills & voucher. 9.Leave Entry in Payroll Software & Register. 10. Maintain Training Schedule Of New worker & Fire Fighting Training Registered. 11. Id Card Issue, Service Book Open & Registered. 12.Appointment Letter Issue Registered. 13. Grievance Daily Disposal Register & Disciplinary Procedure. 14. Prepare job description of employees. 15.Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics. 16.To carry out all other reasonable and rational assignment by authority at times.
1. Supervise health and safety issues as per in- house checklist are properly and finally maintained as in complete 2. Ensure all legal Documents like License Certificate & Reports are documented as per buyer requirement & Check necessary data, records, reports, formats, statement, files and register of all departments are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per compliance requirement/ standards. 3. Ensure Fire Safety issues like as fire drill, fire training, fire equipment check & installation as per law. Provide various kind of training to the workers & mid-level management. 4. Ensure the workforce control & monitoring as per the company demand. 5. To ensure & updated all policy, documentation and implementation in the factories as per Labor Law-2006 6. Ensure smooth general administration of the factory as per the direction of the higher authority. 7. Ensure personnel administration and human resource management of employees and workers of the factory in accordance with existing organizational policies as well as national and international laws and regulations. 8. Coordinate with Management and other department, ensure employee relation issues are properly addressed especially grievances and disciplinary procedures are attended as per law of the land.
