Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone to generate sales.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Maintain and update customer databases in Microsoft Excel.
  • Prepare and send necessary documents using MS Office applications.
  • Maintain professional behavior and positive attitude in all communications.

Requirements:

  • Must have strong communication skills in both Bengali and English.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel and Office packages.
  • Typing Speed: Minimum 25 WPM in English and 20 WPM in Bengali With Bijoy.
  • Must be a non-smoker.
  • Must perform daily prayers on time.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
