Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
  • Manpower mapping, budgeting, sourcing and hiring for technical/ non-technical positions.
  •  Organogram, role profile, objectives setting, performance review and all coordination work regarding staff retention, increment, promotion, transfer & confirmation/ extension.
  • To handle grievances, disciplinary actions (warning/ show-cause letter etc), staff separation, retirement, exit interviews and employee relations smoothly.
  • To formulate, execute & update HR-related templates & policies.
  • HR reporting, monthly objective & town-hall meeting.
  • Conduct or arrange local or foreign formal & informal training for the employees.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
  • All renewal related actions (3rd party support & expats).
  • Maintain and closely monitor all kinds of HR-connected activities & team coordination.
  • Participating in monthly safety meeting for resolving HR-related issues & site visits.
  • Role play in different employee motivational activities (employee engagement) and boost-up employer branding by diverse techniques.
  • To execute BODs/ Management decisions when required & work process improvement.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management
  • Professional certification in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 9-12 years of proven experience in a mid to senior-level HR role
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in serving, engineering industry will be an added advantage
