| Tender/EOI Description: | Magura PWD Division e-Tender Notice 2024 Invitation for e-Tender Notice. a. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/ Sub Contractor/ Management Contractor shall be 3 (Three) years. b. The minimum experience as a Prime Contractor completing work of similar nature, complexity and method over a period of 3 (Three) years with a value of at least of BDT 1.75 Lac Lac shall be required. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of BDT 1.20 Lac over the last 3(Three) years. The minimum amount of liquid assets ie, working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 0.75 Lac. Unconditional Letter of commitment for Bank’s undertaking for line of credit as per Form PSN-5 of tender and contract forms section shall be submitted. Failing to comply in submitting liquid asset in the specified PSN-5 form will result in non-responsiveness. e. Tenderer shall submit the following documents: 1) Updated income Tax clearance certificate, ii) Vat Registration Certificate. iii) Updated Trade License iv) CV of Proposed Driver & (v) Attested Photocopy of Updated Driving License (vi) Attested copy of the documents mentioned in Serial No. (i), (ii), (iii) & (v) shall have to be submitted. (vii) Original money receipt shall be enclosed with the tender. (viii) Other required eligibility criteria is described in TDS of the tender document.
