I am md. mehedi hasan. I am a professiona accounts officer.
I have 5 years working experience in the accounts department in a Pharmaceuticals head Office.. I have experience about accounts, finished goods store, raw materials store and vat. I have good knowledge about ERP software, Big Bank (IMIS) software, Microsoft excel, word,powerpoint & good typing skills (English & Bangla both) in Bijoy & Avro software.
Now I am working as an accounts officer at a hospital. I am also done HR department various work. The hospital’s name is Abul Hossain Hospital. I have experience in human resource and accounts department responsibilities.
I want to mention here that I completed BBA in accounting department from national university. I have completed my HSC & SSC from business studies department.

• Keeping records all transaction of three depots through ERP software. (such as: Purchase goods, sales, collection ,bank deposit) • Supervise of all collection against sales and bank deposit against collection & posting in Tally.ERP-9 software. • Checking daily patty cash expense vouchers and posting accordingly to ERP software. • Prepared monthly incentives, TA/DA bills on monthly sales target of 30 MPO. • Reconcile stock, account receivable, cash in hand and bank balance of three depot. • Prepare monthly collection report, sales report, A/R report, bank deposit report through ERP software. • Weekly reported to management. • Assist external auditors by conducting the audit of financial statements. • Prepared all kinds of financial report of three depot
• Prepare monthly salary. • Prepare monthly incentive on target and payment Ta/Da bills of 20 mpo. • Process accounts payable bills depending on role. • Payment to accounts payable party & recording transactions in the software & manually. • The software name is Big Bank (IMIS). • Daily review both income invoices and payment voucher & Prepare monthly receipts and payment accounts. • Check and payment petty cash bills and posting in software. • Monitoring store transaction and counting monthly closing inventory. • Generating financial reports for review regulatory authorities. • Support various HR functions such as: Maintain & update employee records, daily attendant check, keep leave records & maintain register, assist recruitment, prepare HR related document & notes, support various administrative tasks.
