- ইংরেজী ভাষায় দক্ষ হতে হবে।
- আবেদনকারীকে পূর্ণকালীন স্নাতকোত্তর পর্যায়ের বিভিন্ন ডিগ্রি—এমএ, এমবিএ, এমএফএ, এমএল, এলএলএম, ডিএমএ ইত্যাদি এবং পিএইচডি প্রোগ্রামে স্ট্যানফোর্ড বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে অধ্যয়নরত থাকতে হবে।
- ২০১৮ সাল কিংবা এর পরবর্তী সময়ে স্নাতক পাস করে থাকলে আবেদন করা যাবে।
