আন্তর্জাতিক শিক্ষার্থীদের জাপানে পিএইচডি প্রোগ্রামে অধ্যায়ন করতে  ফুল-ফ্রি স্কলারশিপ দিচ্ছে জাপানের ইউকোহামা ন্যাশনাল বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়।
