Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling graphics for social media, website, marketing campaigns, and product materials.
- Create bilingual (Bangla and English) designs for all media.
- Ensure all designs are in line with Shastho Limited’s branding guidelines.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into visually engaging designs.
- Take feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine designs.
- Develop social media content as per requirement
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
- Ability to design for diverse audiences, with an understanding of Bangladeshi culture.
- Strong time management and time management skills.
