Senior Student Counselor Job Circular 2024 Job Details:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Student Counselor to join our team at Bikalpa Education Service. Responsibilities
- Student Counseling: Provide personalized counseling to students to understand their academic aspirations, career goals, and educational needs.
- Program and Institution Guidance: Assist students in selecting the right educational programs and institutions based on their preferences, qualifications, and budget.
- Application Process: Guide students through the entire application process, including filling out forms, preparing documents, and meeting deadlines.
- Information Dissemination: Stay updated on education programs, admission criteria, scholarships, and visa processes, and provide accurate and timely information to students.
- Workshops and Seminars: Organize and conduct workshops, webinars, and seminars for students and parents to provide insights on educational opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior counselors, share best practices, and support them in handling complex cases.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
