Currently I am working as Senior Engineer, Network Operation’s (Core Network & Support) at Icon Infotech Limited (a nationwide ISP).
My regular role is:
1.Provide L2 technical support to customers and supervise support team.
2.Since we mostly provide sensitive data service clients for Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE), Central Depository of Bangladesh (CDBL), Banks etc. one of my major role is to work as a direct technical KAM for our major revenue generating data clients.
3. Keep good communication with NTTN service Provider Company & third party by mail or over phone for both new implementation or troubleshooting.
4.Documentation of all changes to network configuration procedures in central database with client diagrams.
5. Manage overall ticket management system.
6. Maintain good and smooth communication with customers through different channels.

Work & Experience
Duties/Responsibilities: ❖ Identifying generating leads and visiting clients on a regular basis. ❖ Turn potential clients into leads. ❖ Generate customer leads and convert into sales. ❖ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers. ❖ Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. ❖ Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports and submit to line Manager. ❖ Always Ready to give technical solution align with seniors
Duties/Responsibilities: ❖ Various Wi-Fi-router Configuration. Network operation center all system monitoring with Nagios, Cacti & mrtg. ❖ Monitor and maintain the system networks (LAN, WAN). ❖ Maintain good and smooth communication with customers through different channels like web, email & phone. ❖ Troubleshooting, Diagnosing, and resolving the issues. ❖ Respond to customer’s calls, emails & act accordingly regarding issues. ❖ Provide physical support as per as customer’s requirement.
Duties/Responsibilities: ❖ Analyze network information to determine, recommend plan network troubleshooting to maximize network uptime. ❖ Provide technical leadership in all aspects of efficient network design troubleshooting to maximize network uptime. ❖ Installation, configure, implementation & maintenance of networking devices like Mikrotik, CISCO router, switch,OLT, access point and diagnose problems. ❖ Document all changes to network configuration procedures. ❖ Making diagram of IT Infrastructure for clients as their requirements. ❖ Established a new client link from Distribution switch. ❖ Troubleshooting the existing client’s link if they face any interruption in their service. ❖ Maintain availability of the WAN/LAN using various monitoring tools like Nagios, Cacti, MRTG etc. ❖ Ensuring Service Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE), Central Depository of Bangladesh (CDBL). ❖ Monitor Data, Transmission and Access Network of ISP, IIG. ❖ Configure Load Balancing, Failover, Inter-VLAN routing, OSPF,MPLS,VPLS,BGP,VPN(EOIP,GRE,PPTP, L2TP) Bandwidth Management and ensure data connectivity. ❖ Provide L2 technical support to customers. ❖ Contact with NTTN service Provider Company & third party by mail or over phone call if facing any trouble. ❖ Maintain good and smooth communication with customers through different channels. ❖ Setup Wi-Fi Camera, DVR, NVR with IP CC Camera. ❖ Maintain PPPOE service for POP. ❖ Have a Nationwide Data center shifting experience into device port to port cable management.
