Responsibilities: • Follow up Mild Steel & Galvanized pipe production. • Making monthly production plan as per demand of business operation. • Doing production as per planning & update everyday production report. • Making monthly per kg production cost report & Power per kg cost report & Monthly Inventory. • Ensuring purchase requisition (PR) of raw materials & accessories& Import chemical. • Making monthly breakdown&Production report & analysis it to increase productivity. • Doing R&D for product development and give two report in every month. • Every day checking Galvanized chemical & Zinc coating of pipe & accessories. • Production target vs achievement analysis report. • Produce Good quality product & give delivery of high quality product. • Implementation Six Sigma, lean manufacture &558 kaizen.
