Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
- Provide detailed information about products, including fabric, design, and pricing.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and maintain accurate sales records.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize displays, and ensure stock availability.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to business growth.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of products.
- Use basic computer operations for billing, sales reporting, and customer data entry.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business.
Requirements:
- Well-versed in sales and customer handling.
- Basic computer operating knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum education qualification: SSC or equivalent.
