Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of company financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date visa inventory records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to facilitate timely processing of visa applications and documentation.
- Prepare financial reports, budget forecasts, and variance analyses to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline accounting processes and implement best practices.
- Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial and visa-related information.
Requirements:
- CA CC (Chartered Accountant Certificate Course) experience is considered a significant advantage.
- Proven experience in accounting roles, with expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and
general ledger functions. - Familiarity with visa inventory management and visa processing procedures is desirable.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in accounting and visa processing
