Key Responsibilities:

*Assist in Designing Visual Content:
Create social media graphics, banners, posters, thumbnails, brochures, etc.
Follow brand guidelines and creative briefs.
*Support Senior Designers or Creative Team:
Work on assigned tasks and revisions.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide design input.
*Image Editing and Retouching:
Basic editing in Photoshop (e.g., background removal, color correction).
Cropping/resizing images for different platforms.
*Design for Digital and Print Platforms:
Design creatives for social media, websites, email campaigns, etc.
Support basic print design like business cards, flyers, etc.
*Learn and Use Design Software:
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
Stay open to learning new tools and trends.
*Maintain Design Assets and Files:
Organize project files properly.
Ensure backups and easy access to assets.
*Take Feedback and Improve Work:
Accept feedback from supervisors and make revisions accordingly.
Grow through constructive criticism and training.
*Collaborate with Marketing or Content Teams:
Understand campaign needs and align designs accordingly.
Communicate clearly about progress and timelines.
*Stay Updated on Design Trends:
Research latest design styles, color schemes, fonts, etc.
Suggest fresh ideas inspired by current trends.

Requirements:

*Basic to advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
*Certification in Graphics Design (preferred)
*Creative mindset, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn

Employment Details:

Type: Contractual
Duration: 5.5 months
Office provides 1 meal + 1 snack per day
