Key Responsibilities:

• Book and issue domestic and international flight tickets (GDS/Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).
• Provide clients with best available options and lowest fare routes.
• Manage cancellations, rebookings, and refunds as needed.
• Monitor airline fare changes and promotional offers.
• Communicate with airlines and clients for booking confirmations.
• Ensure ticketing is done within the deadlines set by clients or airlines.
• Handle travel documentation and visa assistance (if applicable).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a ticketing or reservations role (preferably in a travel agency).
• Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent bookings.

Preferred:

• Certification in IATA or travel/tourism.
• Familiarity with hotel and tour package bookings.
