Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design and Develop Websites:
  • Build responsive and interactive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Maintain and Update Websites:
  • Ensure websites are running smoothly, updating content, fixing bugs, and improving performance as needed.
  • Optimize Website Performance:
  • Improve loading speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO-friendliness of websites.
  • Write Clean, Efficient Code:
  • Follow coding standards and write reusable, maintainable code using best practices.
  • Collaborate with Teams:
  • Work closely with designers, content writers, and back-end developers to deliver complete web solutions.
  • Integrate APIs and Databases:
  • Connect websites with external systems (e.g., payment gateways, CRMs) and back-end databases using Restful APIs.
  • Test and Debug:
  • Perform cross-browser testing, fix compatibility issues, and debug errors in development and production environments.
  • Ensure Security:
  • Implement web security measures to protect user data and prevent threats like SQL injection, XSS, etc.
  • Version Control:
  • Use tools like Git/GitHub to manage code versions and collaborate with teams.
  • Stay Updated:
  • Keep up with industry trends, new technologies, and frameworks to continuously improve web development skills.

Requirements:

  • ⁠Knowledgeable in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end customization.
  • ⁠Knowing PHP for the back-end will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in website building using WordPress, Elementor, and WooCommerce.
  • Edit WP plugins & themes if needed.
  • ⁠⁠⁠Knowledge of website security best practices.

Employment Details : 

  • Salary is given within the first week of every month.
  • Company-wide observation of Bangladeshi and Canadian government holidays.
  • 1-week long break marking Christmas and New Year.
  • Working days: Monday-Friday,
  • Duty time: 8 hours
