Key Responsibilities: 

  • Client Communication & Relationship Management:
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand their property needs and requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Property Sales & Marketing:
  • Promote properties through various marketing channels (online listings, social media, networking).
  • Conduct property viewings and explain features, pricing, and benefits to clients.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor analysis.
  • Provide clients with insights and guidance on property values and investment opportunities.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closing:
  • Negotiate terms and pricing between buyers and sellers to reach a fair agreement.
  • Prepare and handle all necessary documentation for property transactions.
  • Customer Support & Query Handling:
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and provide accurate property information.
  • Offer after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain records of leads, clients, and completed deals.
  • Report daily activities and sales performance to management.
