Taking STS (Sales Tracking System) files (Excel sheet) from SBM (Sales Branch Manager). Cross-checking the information with the STS Master file provided by the company. Reorganising the file’s information or structure as per the provided master file. Checking the validity of information such as names, professions, and addresses of people given by the SBM over a phone call. Making a daily report of matched and unmatched information and submitting the daily report to the supervisor.

I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects on Upwork that have allowed me to hone my skills and develop a keen eye for detail. I have done multiple projects for music bands, voyage travel agencies, marriage agencies, music companies, cartoon illustrations, miniature drawings, etc. My responsibilities included designing logos, business cards, brochures, and other materials at Psyche IT, Rangpur.
