Duties & Responsibilities: * Works as a design team member with Architect. * Preparation of RAJUK Plan, FAR Calculation, According to RAJUK rule. * Drafting the Architectural Drawings as required. * Creating design and working drawing by computer-aided design (Structural, Electrical & Plumbing). * Creating 3d Design by Sketch UP, 3ds Max & Lumion etc. * Coordination with all the relevant departments to ensure smooth operation.
