Work & Experience
1. Assist in coordinating with buyers, suppliers, and factories regarding product development and order execution. 2. Support in preparing and maintaining order files, purchase orders, and shipment schedules. 3. Follow up on sample development, approvals, and comments from buyers. (more than 50 style develop per season) 4. Monitor fabric, trims, and accessories booking and ensure timely delivery to factories. 5. Assist in tracking production status to ensure on-time shipment. 6. Communicate daily updates to senior merchandisers and buyers. 7. Maintain proper documentation, reports, and data entry for order status. 8. Support in quality checking and ensuring buyer requirements are met. 9. Learn and apply knowledge of costing, consumption, and product development processes. 10. Softly Handled Commercial related task like (Monitoring PI issuing, Cargo tracking, Currier tracking etc.)
