Responsibilities and Context: 

Madina Builders & Construction Limited is a fast-growing real estate and construction company engaged in land development, apartment sales, and promotional campaigns.

We are looking for a smart, confident, and talented young woman to join our team as a Digital Marketing & Client Relations Executive — someone who can represent our brand with charm, manage clients efficiently, and handle social media promotions creatively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and monitor Facebook, YouTube, and other digital advertisements
  • Communicate with potential clients and maintain long-term relationships
  • Coordinate with the design team for creative promotional content
  • Prepare marketing reports and assist in brand promotion strategies
  • Handle client queries professionally and ensure satisfaction

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors.
  • Bachelor’s degree completed (Marketing background preferred)

Experience

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup, Land Management

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or client management
  • Candidate need Mandatory 6 Month Microsoft Office Programee Training.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (both Bangla & English)
  • Must be smart, confident, beautiful personality with polite speaking skills
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines
