Responsibilities and Context:
Madina Builders & Construction Limited is a fast-growing real estate and construction company engaged in land development, apartment sales, and infrastructure projects.
We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken female Front Desk Receptionist who will represent our company with grace, professionalism, and warmth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls efficiently.
- Maintain visitor logbooks and ensure proper front desk management.
- Handle mail, courier, and office deliveries.
- Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth communication.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor/Honors.
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup, Land Management
Additional Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role (freshers may apply).
- Candidate need Mandatory 6 Month Microsoft Office Programee Training.
- Excellent verbal communication in Bangla & English.
- Smart appearance, confident body language, and polite behavior.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Must be well-presented, courteous, and positive-minded.
