Responsibilities & Context:
Act as a point of contact between the MD and the accounts department or finance team.
- Capable to handle a Project independently. Supervise day-to-day construction works.
- Ensuring material quality & maintaining standards following approved specifications.
- Understanding all designs, drawings & specifications according to project standards.
- Report all site information to respective superiors regular basis.
- Provide Estimation for day to day project activities.
- To review the progress of Projects at various stages and give guidance to concerned contractors for project completion in a time-bound manner.
- Energetic, hard worker, to be capable enough to manage construction sites efficiently. Ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
