About Beauty Booth:

Beauty Booth is a fast-growing Bangladeshi Skin Care Brand dedicated to providing high-quality skincare products and excellent customer service. We are looking for a passionate and responsible Customer Support Executive who can communicate with customers effectively, resolve their issues, and ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer messages, calls, and social media inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding orders, deliveries, and products.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and ensure resolution.
  • Suggest suitable products to customers and help increase sales.
  • Maintain and update records of customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Educational Requirements:  

  • HSC
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Minimum HSC/Graduate (Preferably in E-commerce, Marketing, or Customer Service).Additional Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and polite behavior.
  • Ability to speak and write clearly in both Bangla and English.
  • Familiarity with E-commerce platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, Website Chat, tiktok, Instagram, etc.).
  • Must be punctual, responsible, and a good team player.
