Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong business relationships with clients in Interior, Architecture, and Real Estate sectors.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
• Identify and approach new potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain accurate lead and client records in the company system.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities, and share insights with management.
• Propose new ideas to support business growth and profitability.
• Work collaboratively with management and team members to improve workflow and client experience.
• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the management.
• weekly sales reports and update client database.
• Communicate effectively with clients in English and Bangla (Speaking & Writing).

Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor/Honors

Experience

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Furniture, Interior Design

Additional Requirements

• Age At least 20 years
• Minimum 2–4 years experience in Sales/Marketing.
• Must have a Motorcycle with valid Driving License.
• If the candidate has own motorcycle, the company will provide Fuel + Maintenance Allowance.
• Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Smart, confident, polite and professional attitude
