Responsibilities:
SEO & Content Strategy
- Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Conduct continuous keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Manage, curate, and schedule compelling content across all major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop and manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc) to achieve specific
- lead generation or brand awareness goals.
- Monitor social channels, respond to inquiries, and foster community engagement.
Tele-Marketing & Lead Nurturing
- Execute targeted tele-marketing campaigns to qualify leads generated through digital channels.
- Develop and refine compelling sales scripts and pitches.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead status and conversation details.
Graphics Design & Creative
- Create visually appealing graphics, banners, short videos, and static content for social media, website, and email marketing using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, measure, and analyze performance across all digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SMM, Email) using tools like Google Analytics and platform-native insights.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports detailing campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Multinational Companies, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup
Additional Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven working experience in a comprehensive digital marketing role.
- SEO Proficiency: Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- SMM Expertise: Hands-on experience running successful paid and organic campaigns on major social platforms.
- Design Skills: Proficiency in a graphics design tool (e.g., Canva is a must; Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and proficiency in tele-marketing.
- Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Artificial Intelligence: Must be conversant with AI tools
