Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Closing:
- Proactively collect high-quality leads of candidates who want to work in Japan via social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.), physical field visits, community engagement, and events.
- Contact, counsel, and close leads as paying/registered clients for the agency’s recruitment and training services.
- Maintain and grow a robust pipeline to consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Client Relationship Management: - Develop and maintain partnerships with Japanese employers and stakeholders.
- Provide human resource consulting to match client requirements with the best-fit candidates.
- Guide and support overseas student consulting inquiries, particularly for Japan-bound study and work opportunities.
Reporting & Coordination:
- Report lead status, closures, and pipeline updates regularly to management.
- Keep CRM tools and lead trackers up to date with accurate information.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment, documentation, and language teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.Market Research & Promotion:
- Research trends in the Japan employment market, new employer needs, and competitor activities.
- Support marketing campaigns on social platforms to attract new leads.
- Participate in job fairs, seminars, and community outreach events to boost candidate sourcing.

Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Manpower Recruitment, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Immigration/Visa Processing, Call Center
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 27 yearsRequired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Marketing, International Relations, or relevant fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales/closing, HR consulting, or overseas placement (Japan focus preferred).
- Working knowledge of Japanese language (JLPT N5/N4 or above) is a strong plus.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills with a passion for reaching sales/lead targets.
- Excellent communication in English and Bengali; Japanese proficiency is an advantage.
- Good command of MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
- Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly lead targets: Number of qualified leads collected and contacted.
- Closure rate: Number of leads converted to paying clients.
- Client retention: Repeat placements or referrals.
- Reporting compliance: Accurate, timely updates to CRM and management.
Additional Skills & Competencies:
- Experience with visa processing or overseas placement documentation is a plus.
- Familiarity with Japanese workplace etiquette and HR policies.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets within tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel locally and occasionally attend events outside standard office hours.
- Strong teamwork mindset with leadership potential for future career growth.
