Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Introduce Brownfield Design & Development Ltd projects to the potential customers.
  • Generate and qualify leads through proper communication and data filtering.
  • Maintain accurate CRM/lead entry and follow-up in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Support sales targets by nurturing leads with professionalism and empathy.

Educational Requirements:  

  • HSC
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Minimum HSC/Graduate (Education flexible for experienced candidates)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 20 to 30 years
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Eloquent, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel.
  • Hard-working, disciplined, and positive-minded.
  • Knowledge of Jolshiri/RAJUK/Real Estate Market will be an added advantage.
  • Prior call center or telemarketing experience preferred.
