Responsibilities: 

  • দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য সম্পর্কে সচেতন এবং নিষ্ঠাবান হতে হবে।
  • প্রথম তিন মাস আন্ডার পারফরমেন্স রিভিউতে কাজ করতে হবে।
  • ওয়েবসাইটে আসা অর্ডার যথাযথ নিয়ম ও পদ্ধতি অনুসরণ করে কনফার্ম করা।
  • ফোন কলে কাস্টমারকে পণ্য সম্পর্কিত তথ্য, বিবরণ ও প্রয়োজনীয় গাইডলাইন প্রদান করা।
  • কাস্টমারদের সাথে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ আলোচনায় সরাসরি অংশগ্রহণ করা।
  • অফিসের শৃঙ্খলা ও নিয়ম যথাযথভাবে মেনে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
  • বিশ্বস্ততা ও চ্যালেঞ্জিং পরিবেশে শৃঙ্খলা বজায় রেখে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
  • প্রতিটি কাস্টমারের সাথে ভাল সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা ও সাপ্তাহিক সেলস নিশ্চিত করা।
  • প্রতিদিনের কল টার্গেট ও বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা বাস্তবায়ন করা।
  • দৈনিক/সাপ্তাহিক রিপোর্ট তৈরি করে ম্যানেজমেন্টকে উপস্থাপন করা।
  • বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধির জন্য নতুন কৌশল তৈরি ও বাস্তবায়ন করা।
  • টিমের মধ্যে মোটিভেশন, টিমওয়ার্ক ও পজিটিভ কর্মপরিবেশ বজায় রাখা।
  • ওয়েবসাইট ও ফেসবুক পেজ কেন্দ্রিক অনলাইন মাধ্যমে পণ্য বিক্রয় পরিচালনা করা।
