Responsibilities:

  • অনলাইনে অর্ডার গ্রহণ ও সঠিকভাবে প্রসেস করা।
  • গ্রাহকের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে Upsell / Cross-sell / Telesales কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা।
  • Messenger ও Facebook Comments-এ দ্রুত ও কার্যকরভাবে রিপ্লাই প্রদান করা।
  • পার্সেল ডেলিভারির অবস্থা নিয়মিতভাবে আপডেট রাখা।
