Responsibilities:

  • অফিসে প্রতিদিন ৯ ঘণ্টা কাজ করতে হবে।
  • ফোন কল, ইমেল ও চ্যাটের মাধ্যমে গ্রাহকদের সেবা ও সহায়তা প্রদান।
  • গ্রাহকের অভিযোগ শোনা ও দ্রুত সমাধানের উদ্যোগ নেওয়া।
  • গ্রাহকের ফিডব্যাক সংগ্রহ ও সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগে রিপোর্ট করা।
  • প্রতিষ্ঠানের সেবা ও পণ্য সম্পর্কে তথ্য প্রদান।

  • Age 23 to 32 years
  • শুধুমাত্র রাজশাহী বিভাগের স্থায়ী বাসিন্দারা আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

  • কম্পিউটার পরিচালনায় দক্ষ (বিশেষ করে MS Office)।
