Responsibilities: 

  • Contacting new and existing customers through CRM, and preparing, updating, and forwarding reports to the supervisor.
  • Providing detailed product and service information to engage and educate potential customers.
  • Closing sales and maintaining all necessary sales-related records and documentation.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Preparing daily work reports and sharing them with the supervisor.
  • Managing Facebook pages, Messenger, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms to reply to customer messages and comments.
  • Having a clear understanding of product features, pricing, delivery time, and return policies, and explaining them effectively to customers.
  • Communicating politely, friendly, and professionally to ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements:  

  • HSC
  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience

  •  1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Call Center, E-commerce
