Responsibilities: 

  • Making cold calls to potential customers and promoting the various services provided by Ayan Homes Limited
  • Welcoming the guests and providing assistance during phone call
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Follow scripts and sales guidelines effectively.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM.
  • Meet monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer communication and follow-up.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Handle objections professionally and confidently.
  • Have to follow team leader order and guidelines.
  • Follow company policies and compliance standards.
  • Maintain friendly, smart and mature relation with leads and colleagues.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors/Masters
  • Bachelor/Masters of Business Administration (BBA/MBA) in Marketing (Preferable)
  • Bachelor of Commerce (Pass)

Additional Requirements

  •  Experience:1 to 3 years/Fresher
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
  • Fresher are also encouraged to apply.
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Effective communication and problem solving skills.
