Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in local and international markets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing buyers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
  • Coordinate with production, merchandising, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales & marketing team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Participate in buyer meetings, negotiations, and promotional activities.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, BA or a related field.

Experience:

  • 4–6 years of practical experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Prior experience in garments accessories, garments manufacturing, or related industries will be highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining buyer relationships.

Additional Requirements:  

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of local and export garment accessories markets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Compensation & Other Benefits:  

  • Salary Range: BDT 30,000 – 35,000 (Negotiable based on experience and performance)
  • Attractive commission/bonus structure (if applicable)
  • Other benefits as per company policy
