Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist with any product-related inquiries.
- Offer product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Assist customers with locating items, explaining store layouts, and providing information about promotions or discounts.
- Ensure customers receive quick and efficient assistance, creating a positive store environment.
Handling Customer Complaints:
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a calm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Supervisor or Store Manager when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and the customer is satisfied.
Product Knowledge and Store Policies:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of store products, services, promotions, and policies to better assist customers.
- Ensure that all product information and promotional materials are clearly communicated to customers.
- Educate customers about store loyalty programs, discounts, and special offers.
Store Environment Maintenance:
- Keep the customer service desk area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Ensure promotional signage, flyers and informational materials are up to date and visible.
- Support store-wide cleanliness and organization by assisting with tidying up the sales floor as needed.
Education Requirements:
- HSC
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
Additional Requirements:
- Age 18 to 35 years
