Responsibilities & Context:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Managing customer communications through various channels.
  • Resolving customer complaints efficiently and providing suitable solutions.
  • Explaining Pureit products and services in detail to customers.
  • Processing orders, forms, and customer requests.
  • Maintaining records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Providing feedback on customer service processes for continuous improvement.
  • Leading and guiding a team of junior service representatives when necessary.
  • Ensuring customers have a seamless and satisfying experience with Pureit.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Diploma
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • HSC

Experience

  • At most 1 year

Additional Requirements

  • Age 20 to 35 years
  • Minimum 6 months of call center experience Well-spoken in Bangla, with ability to communicate in basic English Presentable and professional appearance Positive attitude and willingness to work hard.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla
  • Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate ambition, and thrive in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English is a strong advantage.
  • A positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer care.

Compensation & Other Benefits:

  • Starting Salary: 13,000 BDT
  • Potential increase to 15,000 BDT after 6-9 months of probation (based on performance).
  • Higher initial salary may be considered for exceptionally skilled candidates.
  • Additional incentives can lead to a monthly income of over 20,000 BDT for consistent performers.
