Responsibilities & Context:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Managing customer communications through various channels.
- Resolving customer complaints efficiently and providing suitable solutions.
- Explaining Pureit products and services in detail to customers.
- Processing orders, forms, and customer requests.
- Maintaining records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Providing feedback on customer service processes for continuous improvement.
- Leading and guiding a team of junior service representatives when necessary.
- Ensuring customers have a seamless and satisfying experience with Pureit.
Educational Requirements:
- Diploma
- Bachelor/Honors
- HSC
Experience
- At most 1 year
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 35 years
- Minimum 6 months of call center experience Well-spoken in Bangla, with ability to communicate in basic English Presentable and professional appearance Positive attitude and willingness to work hard.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla
- Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate ambition, and thrive in a team environment.
- Fluency in English is a strong advantage.
- A positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer care.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
- Starting Salary: 13,000 BDT
- Potential increase to 15,000 BDT after 6-9 months of probation (based on performance).
- Higher initial salary may be considered for exceptionally skilled candidates.
- Additional incentives can lead to a monthly income of over 20,000 BDT for consistent performers.
