Responsibilities and Context:

  • Preparing and managing parcels for online orders
  • Responding promptly to customer SMS, WhatsApp, and online messages
  • Making order confirmation calls to customers
  • Providing tele sales support and follow-up
  • Assisting with order processing and delivery coordination

Education Requirements

  • Basic skills in using computers and smartphones
  • Fluent communication skills in Bangla (English proficiency will be an advantage)
  • Experience in e-commerce, customer support, or tele sales will be preferred
  • Responsible, punctual, and attentive to work
  • Willingness to work for a minimum period of 6 months
