Responsibilities & Context: 

We are looking for a Call Centre Executive to join our Office Bosila, Mohammadpur, Dhaka. Assure that customers get the finest service possible via call center services and customers follow-up.
Duty Time: 10am to 8pm

  • Manage online customer queries as E-commerce business based.

Service Quality & Others:

  • Customer Satisfaction Phone Call.
  • Parcel Tracking information,
  • Give precise information to the customer,
  • Customer problem solving.
  • Collect customer feedback by calling.
  • Other works assigned by the management. Experienced on excel sheet.

Educational Requirements:  

  • SSC

Experience:

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

  • Age At least 18 years
